I’ve been downloading and deleting timer apps for two days, trying to find one that lets me build my own workout routines, let’s me name the exercises, customize sets, rounds, breaks, etc - and let’s me build as many routines as I want. And I want it to be free. Or, at least not some crazy yearly subscription. (Are you kidding me?) Well, lo and behold, this one does all that and more. I can even name my rest intervals, “Let’s go, fatty. Keep going”, and the voice reader will say it. :) I GLADLY paid the $2.99 fee to for the ad free version, because this app is worth every penny of that.

I LOVE THIS APP!! I’ve tried a number of different interval timers. Some are worthless without a subscription. Some are unreliable, meaning they won’t ring when the phone is asleep, which is worthless for running. Some don’t allow you to change sounds or make other changes to the app, also worthless. This app is perfect. You can make changes, change sounds, create various workouts, even change the colors! This is all available on the free version. I’m happy to ignore the ads. GREAT APP!!

Great app: it’s intuitive to use and it works as expected. My only problems with the app are that 1) There does not appear to be a way to delete workouts 2) The alarm sounds are limited to the app, meaning that it doesn’t allow you to use your normal notification sounds However, these are minor complaints which don’t largely impact the apps functionality. Even with my small complaints, I plan to continue to use the app.
