The new app has caused nothing but issues for our company. Workers are submitting wrong hours, submitting when they don’t work, and we can’t seem to be invoiced for what we are actually approving. My team has issues getting into the new app and continue to somehow be unlinked from our company. The job site update has caused us to be unable to see all the jobs we have and submit hours. Workers aren’t submitting their hours so we have to continuously follow up with the branch to submit and get everyone approved, in some cases being asked to fill out a paper work ticket. Jobs don’t show all the details the old app did so we are missing key info. And we cannot extend anything unless it is the exact same parameters because we are locked out from changing any of the fields, requiring us to contact someone to extend. Our time to place our work requests and get them accurate and approved has increased to 3 times what it used to take for the same work. App support is little help with the app issues or login issues.
