I was lurking on the internet and I clicked something on accident and it told me to download this to block all the viruses I feel safer now

Since putting this on my phone, I have had notices of being hacked about every half hour. It would not be much of a problem, if this actually did something to block, or clean my phone. It does nothing but tell me that there is a hack.
