Up until about 4 days ago I loved the games. When I reached almost 100. It won’t load. It just keeps saying “loading” and won’t let you in the games. I know deleting the app would probably work but why should I lose my progress after playing for over a year! Please fix the loading issue. I know there are only 3 games, they are fun. You could add a few more games. To continue to play after 10 spins you have to watch a video to play more and that is fine. Advertising is where you make money but not loading you will lose people fast! Please fix the issues! I would give 5 stars if there were 5-6 more games for variety and because of the loading issue….don’t waste your time til they fix this. If you try to go to the app support, it’s all in Chinese, Japanese or Korean. You can’t get anyone to answer at app support either. I’m deleting the app at this point. I’ve given them 3 weeks of my game “loading” to fix the bug and I’m done.

I have enjoyed playing this slot app for a few weeks now. It may only have 3 games but they are really fun. But within the last 24 hours I have not been able to open the app. It just keeps saying “loading”. It’s frustrating; I’ve finally collected about half the bonus cards (portfolio stamps) plus earned about 5M coins and $75 cash. Yeah it’s gonna take me time to reach the cash ou limit of $100 but I’m okay with that cause I like playing the different slot machines I tried offloading the app on my iPhone and then reinstalling but it did not help. I know that deleting the app and reinstalling it could fix the issuebut I don’t want to lose all my progress. Please help me find a way to get this game working again.
