Nancy has stepped up daily to set me at ease, straighten my thoughts during transition and brought a team together to make things come together. Janelle, the dietician, put so much passion into helping me understand food, how it works for us, how to work as a beginner dealing with diabetes, and answered all my questions. Jennifer stepped up while Nancy was out to make sure the schedule of getting me right stayed on timing.
The daily checklists remind me of what I should be looking out for as the days go on!

This app lets you talk to real people that can help you with benefits and how to navigate through your medical stuff
My health mental and physical were pretty good up until my 50’s
And now I’m having to see a lot of Drs and surgeons and this does something to your mental health. This app connects you with in network Drs and health agencies at no extra cost. Need help with transportation,finding a Dr ,changing Drs or just need to ask a question…. Even a dumb one.
they know it’s a big deal for you and even though the road back to good health is bumpy you’re not alone with this app

The RN that communicates with me responds very quickly gives me amazing information and is always there to answer any questions I need she’s very compassionate and understanding and I’m very happy and she’s the person that I’m dealing with.

BlueForMe, from your local Blue Cross Blue Shield, securely connects you by smartphone or tablet with a nurse from your Care Team.
To get started, your Care Team will send you an access code. Once you’re set up, you’ll be able to send a message whenever you want personalized help managing your health. On the app you’ll also find helpful articles and videos that are relevant to you.
You can also use BlueForMe to set reminders for your medications and appointments, track your steps and progress over time and view personalized health recommendations.
We’re here to support you and help keep you healthy, and the app is no extra cost.
