This was recommended to me in the midst of a mental health crisis and unfortunately I don’t think that the ‘robots’ have been properly trained to answer questions outside of ‘help lines pls’. They merely send a string of helplines regardless of the questions I was asking. I think this is a great service but more in the self help category of things rather than being used as a genuine mental health tool like it’s advertised.
If you need someone to talk to this is not it. The responses are relevant to what you type and the air robots come off as condescending. If you a wee bit stressed it might be okay but if you have serious mental health issues and you are looking for help. Skip this, such a waste of time
This is been so amazing for improving my mental health!
