Play anything but This app they are completely dishonest. I was expecting to get a good suprise but instead I received 50$ instant I asked for a refund because they tricked to believe it was a suprise I was getting but really I was paying for 50 gems l!! I called apple to cancel that ridiculous transaction but I was told the request would not be refunded . I am a college student single mom who needs every dollar to make more money not gems I have to pay for. So what ever suprise you may think is coming I’m here to let it be known this app has no support for the players needs. Apps like this must be removed from unexpected users so please don’t let this unacceptable behavior continue because more people will get hurt than they deserve. Creators do the right thing and refund users money if asked.. I have never spent a dime in app and 50 came right out my linked account with no option to stop it.!!!

So I have bought into this app completely. I was so excited about it’s it’s has fun games and I did win lip gloss one time but as much money and time as I have put into this app you have to throw a bone every now and again. If maybe someone in the reviews actually have one something tangible something big as they claim to be. Most of the things I could have bought at this point! It would be absolute amazing app IF AND ONLY IF you actually won. I keep getting the response that they are upgrading that they are making the ap better I think it’s been almost a year now. And I’ve won lip gloss. Like idk I’m thinking maybe it is a scam. I want to be optimistic but win I’m putting in real American dollars. And seeing nothing I’m gonna say it might be a fraud. I want a number on what the odds are of winning!? I want to know of how many eggs opened how often do you actually win because saying match 3 and every game is a winner when 7 out of 10 times you get raffle tickets for nothing for the further game development that’s not a winning ticket. Or haveing a wallet of stuff at 75% and getting that prize 2 or 3 more times yet it stays at 75% seems like a rip to me. Which I wanted to tell my husband he was wrong when he told me it was just to get your money but I’m pretty sure at this point he is right. I have a couple weeks left in my elite membership if nothing changes I will not re subscribe If it does I will completely retract my review because if you did actually win something it would be worth every penny!

I’ve had my share of games that promise prizes and NEVER delivered! Although I haven’t won any prizes yet. I do believe the way the game is setup, I can and I will. The prizes are amazing everything from game systems to trips, gift cards and more! You can scroll through and choose the prizes you like or don’t like ( happy/sad emoji) your prizes are in eggs of different colors the rarer the color the more valuable the prize. You have to open the prizes with hammers. You will always get more eggs than hammers. You have several ways to win both. Spin the prize wheel, playing the trivia games, fast pace you win hammers, eggs and coins - solo you win eggs and coins. Coins are very important the more you have the more times you can spin the wheel! When eggs are broken the prize pops out and there is a % starting at 25% at 100% I’m thinking you can win the prize? I’m unsure because there are raffle tickets also that you get. Right now I’m at 75% for a $259 gift card for I think Blue Apron. When I hit 💯 I’ll follow up on what happened. The only downside I saw right away is having to pay to play the matching game. It cost gems to play and so far the only way I’ve seen to get gems is to buy them…😐 I forgot there’s also a subscription box for $ 40 a month and of course you can pay to level up your chances of getting more eggs and hammers. There’s also different brands you can shop in app. Yeah, there’s several ways this app goes after your purse, but it doesn’t feel like a cash grab. If I could afford it I definitely would get the sub box! I just might get one and review it.
