My grandson struggles with going to sleep at night and sometimes waking up early in the morning (4am early). One morning, I heard him wake up way too early, and he was begging his mom to get up when she was not ready to get up. I was already up working, so went into his room, and I gave him my phone with this app so he could listen to a story and hopefully go back to sleep. It worked! He was able to calm his mind down, relax, and fall asleep. He came in asking for the stories that night when it was time for bed. I just downloaded the app to an extra iPad so he can listen to it whenever he wants to. If you have a little one who struggles with relaxing to go to sleep, try this app.
