The answers in this app do not often reflect the recent changes that have been made to state/local policies/laws - which, as we know: vary from state to state. As far as the national questions, this was great - but again, state specific laws in which parameters and specifics have changed since this app was released - should be cross-checked for accuracy. I know this to be true because I was taking a current real estate course online with an accredited broker/teacher - and the answers on the app were different than the updated and current information we were being taught. Also: when you email the company to let them know about the discrepancy in their info on the app - they don’t get back to you. Otherwise - this and a few other study guides definitely helped me to pass both my school and state exams.

So far I've tried opening the app multiple times. It just goes to a black screen and freezes. Deleted and redownloaded it, got to the sign in page, selected to sign in with Google. It goes back to the previous page and repeats the cycle. I closed out of the app and reopened it, and now I'm back to the black screen. This app was recommended to me by a coworker, so I imagine if you can actually use it that it's helpful. Can't say I'm particularly impressed at this point, though.
