A user can request help on the Mobile app in any distress situation by using maps The user will be able to communicate with the closest Impel officer at His or her location,by requesting help you will open a chat with the officer where addresses phone number etc can be exchange. Also Impel officers can request a chat from any user on the map also in a situation where a user is being pulled over by a Impel connect the user can open the app and allow the officer to start communicating from his or her squad car.
