This app/platform is top tier!!
This is the most frustrating app I’ve ever tried to use. I should’ve seen by the lack of reviews that this would be a major red flag. I wasted hours of my life trying to talk to a customer service chatbot on here that literally ran me around for hours when I came across an issue. They would email me as if they were going to address the issues I was dealing with and when responding, would bring me back to the chatbot to waste my time again. Be very leery about giving this app any of your information since you can’t reach a real person, there’s no way to know how they’re using the information that you provide.
