The app does what it needs to do, but a search function would be nice, to search by claim number or insured name. Also, a way to order Claims by inspeccion date/time rather than when the claim was received would help a lot. Sometimes a claim will get stuck when you accept it, and won’t go into the assigned claims folder right away. Minor issue and it eventually works itself out.
Simple and intuitive to use. Easy to update inspection times/dates which push up to XA. Talk to text makes labeling photos easy.
GRS On-Demand helps our resources properly document property damage claims in a timely and efficient manner so our team can prepare estimates.
