It’s hard to put into words what a consistent yoga practice can mean in your life that sounds authentic. Transformational is the only term that comes to my mind that defines the change that occurs in your life in so many different aspects. It’s real it’s not made up, it takes a hold of you and allows you freedom of thought, freedom in your body, as positive growth occurs all around you. I’ve been attending practice with Yoga Pod for over three years now at least three times a week, and it’s become part of the essence of who I am, and can’t imagine being without it. thank you for all the instructors for the beautiful gifts you give of your heart and your soul and your time each and every class that I have attended.

Yoga Pod has truly changed my life. Two years ago, I started attending because of a deal on a class pack. I was skeptical, since I’d done yoga before but hadn’t totally been sold on it. I’m an old school athlete and I wanted my body to be challenged - but I also deeply desired a place where I could work on my mind and spirit. This place has done all of those things for me. It’s a healthy addiction in my life at this point lol. The staff is excellent, the studio is clean and intentionally designed, the vibes are solid. Love me some Pod.

I have been a Yoga Pod monthly member for online classes now for several months, and have taken over 50 classes. The teachers are wonderful, the sequencing is stellar. It has advanced my practice significantly. I am a registered yoga teacher with a fifteen year practice and am particular who I train with. These folks meet my criteria. I travel a lot and also am sensitive to heat and over heat easily. The online membership is perfect for me, and I’m very grateful for it. Thank you Yoga Pod. ❤️
