It’s so rare when you stumble across someone in the fitness world who brings true fire to a workout. I luckily found Rowen back in 2018 when I stumbled into a cycle studio in Amsterdam. Her presence stuck with me enough to follow her on social media. When Covid began I was craving that type of energy in my workouts and that’s when she dropped Elevate into the world. When you take one of her classes be prepared to let go of all the conditioned years of just pressing play to get the workout done and over with. She drops me right into my body each class. Mind heart soul- you’ll feel genuinely alive and ready to take on the day after a class with her. Best monthly membership I have and I wish her all the success- we need more of what she offers melding the world of fitness/ and life motivation into one and clearly shows up 100% for the members.

Rowen and her platform offers the perfect combo of fun and effective fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, and a sense of community that I think can be hard to foster on an online platform (and that I’ve never experienced anywhere else). Rowen’s energy and vibe (and dance moves) are contagious, and every class (live or on demand) is something I truly look forward to. Every Elevate experience gives me such joy, and in my months of membership I have seen myself grow stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. To top it all off, you can tell how much Rowen cares about her platform and community, and her creative ideas to grow and improve Elevate is always a treat for members. I’m hooked!
