Considering the fact that you have a database of all of your clients, I believe you can do something as simple as number checking, if not that is your fault as a company. Point being, do not accuse me of having made multiples account when you as company are too lazy to check the phone numbers used in each account. Also keep in mind that people actually can forget their accounts that’s why other companies tend to tell you “you already have an account with this number” instead of blaming their clients.
