I love Emma been following her for awhile now I’ve done Shred workouts and the monthly workouts that are challenging love it. I wish there was a 4 day split and not all workouts be supersets.

The new app UX is difficult to use and buggy. I don’t like how difficult it is to access the fourth rep. I dislike that I’m now forced to click through every workout. I also question if the new dark mode meets WCAG’s 8:1 color ratios. It seems like a lot of dark on dark, which isn’t a pleasant visual experience. I also think the placement of the three dots (currently bottom right of the card) seems off… Again, love the workouts. Not a fan of the new app UX. Still on the fence if the new app is a deal breaker for me.

This app is not user friendly and seems to not be professionally built. When you choose a program and skip a day or two of working out (nurses schedule), the work outs should automatically move forward but they don’t. A lot of the ‘how-to’ videos don’t even play and are pixelated. Also, after you log a workout it wants you to share it and gives you no option to get out of the share screen so you have to close down the app. I wouldn’t share this app with anyone. I’m writing down the workouts (which are on repeat) and canceling.
