The app works for the most part but it needs internet connection to open and load your key, meaning if you’re in a basement or elevator you can’t unlock the door.
Developer, please add the option to add your key to Apple wallet so it can be used without internet and it’s quicker to access than loading the app and tapping multiple buttons.

LOVE this platform! I was suuuper suspect going from Butterfly to Mosino but not only is Mosino a significantly better experience my building has lowered the cost since we switched off of Butterfly.

This app and system constantly fails I’ve lived at a property that makes us pay for the service and it NEVER works for more then one or two day …. DO NOT USE
