The meal plans are delicious and the customer service is phenomenal. I have changed my meal plan multiple times. They have always been super friendly accommodating. Every exercise has a video that goes along with it which is like a having A personal trainer there with you to help with proper form. This is my favorite exercise app and I have shared it with all of my friends! 100% worth it.

I have read a significant amount of reviews since the upgrade and can understand the level of frustration. I can also understand that with change comes discomfort with new information and approaches.
I don’t understand the staff with defending the upgrade with paying customers that have referred a number of new subscribers. I say this because, they have been a long time member and they have frustrations that are real. To reply with “other members like the upgrade” serves no valuable information regarding their thoughts and comes across as self serving. (and yes I have been a member for over a year ... so coming from a perspective of knowledge).
I know I had sent twice 3-4 questions via email support and none of them have been answered. I’m not going to remark negatively regarding thoughts on their upgrade, just want to know if what has not been included in the past app will be added.
The complaints as opposed to suggestions are a better approach to help prior members make decisions to stay or go elsewhere ... like Don Saladino’s app and approach, as an alternative.
Anyways, I hope this helps those with issues and those considering starting to get a little feedback.
