Neglect of consumers like this through such a horrible app makes me want to leave this bank. I’m having issues making upi payment in the main app and this app. I have a UPI ID but this app is not able to find it using my phone number. It keeps pushing me to make a new ID and I’m not able to access anything else on the app. I thought AU would be different and I shut my SBI account for this. Now they’re also behaving the same way. Probably going back to Axis or HDFC.

After Installation - kept crashing until I uninstalled and reinstalled which seemed to have fixed the issue. UPI Mandate - after approving 2 mandates, they were still showing under ‘pending’ status. Suddenly, one of them disappeared while the other is still showing as ‘pending’ even after approving multiple times. Also, I can’t find the one which disappeared in mandate history. Overall, very confusing to determine the true status of mandate. The feature needs some verification and testing at both frontend and backend.

I am trying this application first time in my IOS device it could install one time and then i had reopen this app but app didn't open right now... please fix it said issue and resolve for the same it is very helpful aap to au bank users
