Ordered from sun wi village, order arrived in 40 minutes absolutely quality, app was easy to use

The app could do with someone who manages it in realtime. All restaurants featured need an update in opening hours and general goods offered. There have been a number of occasions now where either the restaurant is closed or they’ve not switched on this platform to see orders pending. I’ve had to ring a couple of times to various establishments and met with “oh yeah, we didn’t switch it on yet” but then you can hear them do so and a flurry of receipts being printed. The app has great potential providing they can get someone to invest the time into updating and regular management.

Awful! I ordered through here because the restaurant left a note begging me to use this app instead of just eat. The food that arrived was wrong, and stone cold and Macc eats have given no support in rectifying this. There’s also no way to review restaurants either. Much better to order through another portal so that when the food is wrong/awful they will help you get a refund or replacement, or at the very least you can leave a negative review of the website.
