The last update made it much harder and time consuming to print labels. There is no way to permanently set the printing from “up” to “left” so that creates another step. And now, suddenly, after you print and ask it to go back, it doesn’t go back to your document/list of labels. It goes back to the menu that you have to push “my document.” It takes three times longer to print labels than it did when I first started using the app. It would be additionally helpful to be able to move the labels around to create a custom order, not just the order in which they were added.

App to printer connection has been solid from day 1, hence two stars. The reason I can’t rate the app more highly is because it crashes anytime I try to upload a pdf shipping label. This is happening since the app update. Unfortunately, all my shipping labels are pdf. Until the app is fixed, it’s basically useless to me.

I literally only got a chance to print one thing and for some reason it moved the print and cut it off even though it was the perfect size. I try to get it. It hasn’t worked since then. The app just keeps freezing. It’s going to be very inconvenient to try sending all the supplies back from this device and I just wasted a bunch of money. It seems. Praying that it starts working, but I’ve tried turning it off and on multiple times.
