Runaway girl: Picked up a girl

My friend and I played this nearly every day after school until completion and enjoyed the story a lot. It gets a bit uncomfortable at times, but it mellows out quite a bit as you move on. The story is actually really interesting and it’s fun to see where each death ending takes you (especially because some of them are really out there) or otherwise. I really do recommend playing this with a friend and voice acting the characters because this genuinely made it a much more fun experience for both me and her. I really do recommend seeing it through to the end. I also like the character design of both Eta and the ex-girlfriend. Excellent game, highly recommend it!! 💞💞

I really like the story. Eta is an intriguing character and definitely a bit crazy (it makes it very hard to guess the right answer because her reactions to what you choose constantly change, but I think that goes well with her character). But, I have exactly one problem with this game… the ads. There’s ads pretty much every minute! Want to know the right answer? Watch an ad. Choose the wrong answer? Watch an ad after the game tells you that you got a bad end! Just going through the text without choosing a wrong answer or having to get help to get a right answer? Watch an ad at a random time! It’s infuriating! I ended up quitting sometime during chapter 6 because I just couldn’t deal with the ads. If you have a high tolerance for ads, then this is a fine game to play, but if you’re like me and just can’t stand them, then go play something else.

Yanase Games, I hope you will read this review. I’ve been playing the game and I have 46 achievements. I have also cleared TRUE END and even have an achievement for it. However, the game isn’t allowing me to play the prequel despite clearing TRUE END and having 46 trophies. I think this is a bug that was brought with the new update because I have seen videos from 2 years ago playing the prequel. This is a great visual novel game and I really like the art.
