But isn’t yet… The web interface for Hammock is really good, but the iOS App not so much. The thing I would use most is transaction tracking and management, and maybe it’s OK, but it’s a bit buggy. Only shows most recent 10 transactions, although search seems to work. Doesn’t filter untracked vs tracked transactions reliably. (Doesn’t seem to update after saving.) When selecting a property to attach to a transaction, it doesn’t update after selecting. (But after save you it did attach.) Haven’t yet tried uploading a transaction after e.g. buying something in the moment. Which is probably the most relevant feature. Also, every time I log on it reminds me to enable notifications. I don’t want to. Worse - it reminds me multiple times - I have to click cancel multiple times. Will try again later after they give it more attention.

At the time of writing, this app feels more like a static snapshot of the website rather than a functional alternative. Several key features are either broken or unreliable, making it hard to use for anything meaningful. • Adding transactions is technically possible, but the date input is guesswork, and the app often crashes during the process. • Tax statements consistently crash when any filters are applied. • Field labels are inconsistent—for example, what’s called “Taxable expenses” in the app appears as “Allowable expenses” on the website. These discrepancies make navigation and understanding more difficult than it should be. For now, you’re better off using the web version. The app just isn’t ready

Like the idea, but it doesn’t support metro bank when I try to connect it to my bank account. Also on the mobile app (iPhone) the date toggles are in black so you can’t actually see the numbers/months to pick them. Tried to enter my card details to subscribe but it didn’t send auth request to my bank so couldn’t approve. Will persevere on the free trial but so far a few features not working as expected.
