Sanade new update is not convenient, 5 out of 100 people are using it and other 95 people are using old version, new version can't work, all iphone versions are equal, old version all working fine but new version none working. , make everyone equal, maybe everyone is new version or everyone is old version...

In every time i log in the app its asking me to update my information. After that i fill everything. I need to close the application and turn it on again after that you will faced an issue when i had a delivery and the customer told he paid the sign will not show up until i close the application and turn it on again and fill my informations AGAIN and close it and turn it again to show that customer really paid. Today the application refusing to update my information totally. I hope Jahez team work in the IOS version of the app, thank you.

I appreciate the volume of orders we can deliver but the payment system and the app is horrible . The call center of jahez has zero feelings and knowledge about the struggle of its riders who deliver orders to customer. The saned and jahez app recruiters those people who recruit us are plain CLOWNS they don’t even answer our questions not even teaching us or giving guides what to do. How we will know if we collect cash from customer or not? We go restaurant pick the order with no payment then suddenly the customer we delivered orders gave us money. Some customers not giving money to us as we deliver their order. I mean the payment system is horrible! How we will ever know if they paid online or not what is jahez credit payment ? How do we know if we drivers have to collect cash from customer if we the delivery app has zero details!!! I quit already on this app! 2 days of delusion is enough.
