Why ask for a street name and then not explain you do not need THE WHOLE STREET NAME? If if we’re Main Street I could see not putting that, but Avenue? i.e., 102nd - don’t need to put Avenue? Tell a user this info! Not hard to do! Use a pop up that says, Hey, can’t find your permit? Street name does not require Avenue, lane, etc.

I remember three years ago when this app was launched it didn’t work and now it still doesn’t work. Yes, I’ll be deleting it and calling in.

We have multiple jobs on our app. When I scroll down to the bottom of the list to load more,sometimes I can only load 3 pages the app just gets stuck and I have to start over! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and even on a new phone, it doing the same thing! Please fix this issue!!
