Before Covid I was religious going to class 5 times a week. When the world shut down Justin and team didn't, I took their online classes which they found ways for us to workout with just our body weight and no machine. Thank god the rower came out a few months after Covid hit, I bought it right away so I could continue my classes just like I had been doing in the studio. I would take classes every day and even better, I could do it whenever I wanted. Which I still do when I cant make it into the studio. It's not just a workout it's a lifestle and the instructors are all so motivating and inspiring.
When I'm finished with my workout I'm physically exhausted and mentally stronger. It's a full mind and body experience. Thank you Lit Method!

I was recently looking into Pilates classes after having my son and found the LIT method. I had pre-baby been an active peleton user and was pleasantly surprised by the app experience and quality of the LIT product. This really is a “take with you anywhere” pilates reformer session that is LEGIT. I think this may be my new obsession and would absolutely recommend 10/10 for anyone who is looking for that reformer class but in the convenience of your own home. Classes are challenging but engaging and the music is on point.

Adding to the developer response: the scrub feature is what is frustrating when rewinding and fast forwarding. I know how to scrub on the player. Lots of streaming services have a button that allow you to move 10-20 seconds forward and backwards. That’s the main issue.
I’m enjoying the app but I do wish there was an option to rewind or fast forward 10-20 seconds within the app. Sometimes I need time to adjust and can’t pause fast enough before the instructor moves on. So I have to try and guess where to move back to and almost always go back too far - then fast forward too far ahead to get back to where I was. This can be very frustrating when I’m already exhausted and just trying to finish my workout. Other than that the routines have been very helpful.
