KidKarma: Chores & Rewards

This app is a great update to the “chore chart” we have used for years and years. It is all on my phone AND sends me reminders so that I can remind my kids to complete their daily tasks. It’s fully editable, so my kids ages 2-8 can use it, pick their photo and colors. It’s fun, interactive and keeps us on track as a large family!

I really like this app so far. It works with our current point system and is easy to add chores and rewards, etc. I do wish it would let me sort the chores list either alphabetically or manually. Right now it’s just by the order you add them, I think. Also, found a glitch where if I mark a chore as done on the parent device, it didn’t show up as completed on the kid device. so it could then be marked off in the kids device and then approved by the parent to then get double points. If chores are solely marked off on the kids device it is fine.

The app is great for organizing daily tasks for kids, but it would be even better if it had a feature to share the parent login with other family members. This would make managing tasks as a family much easier and more convenient.
