I’m an active mom and have always made up my own workouts. After baby #2, I really needed more accountability and variety in my workouts and following Bess’ programming has been so fun and motivating! Her moves are creative and challenging. I love how she incorporates lifting weights with barre and Pilates inspired moves in ways I would never have tried before this app! It’s so easy to move workouts around to fit your schedule and choosing your own cardio is the perfect way to make the program work for you individually. Bess is so responsive and motivating on social media too!

I was a D1 athlete in college, but I have been in such a workout funk since having kids. This app is the first thing I’ve tried and really enjoyed and that’s gotten me working out hard again! And it’s only 30 minutes, which is a total game changer for a working mom. 100% worth it. Great workouts, and it’s easy to adapt to your schedule and your needs. Keep it up, Bess!
