Their app system is buggy and it is difficult to register. And there is a problem with lock and delivery. You cannot lock and deliver the bike quickly and this will cost you a registration fee. There is no support service.

The app needs to get updated, and also it’s little hard to register and understand how to use the app. But overall I’m happy with the product and they made it easy for me to go to certain places FAST!
