BitcoinIRA: Buy & Sell Crypto

I realize every company has a bad day, and I tried to extend grace. The first time I tried to move money from Bitcoin IRA to another IRA account. I was getting incorrect information and it stalled the process over two months.. The second time I tried to move Crypto, I was supposed to hear from a security person but a sales agent called instead further delaying the process, trying to get me to stay with the company. Finally, I got past that step, it was delayed over a week before the security person could speak to me.. After that, they said one of the coins was in staking. It would only take 10 hours. Three days later, still no resolution. The first time with being told they needed wet signatures and incorrect delay. Delays was frustrating., All of this happened the second time shows it seems to be the standard. I believe I’ve been with him since 2018, and have paid monthly dues each month. I have told people about them in the past and “ only game in town.” I would not recommend any more as better quality and much cheaper ( no monthly fees) with other groups 🤨

I have been using this platform for almost a year and it is the very most basic of an app and I have tried so many out there. It needs help but for now it does what is needed. Wish they would do a new version that was easier to maneuver from portfolio to transactions and different accounts. The biggest thing this is missing is the capabilities of being able to setup a trade like limits and stuff like that. Please fix. Other than this the company is great but something so simple to make the app work the best and for them to get more revenue by having us being able to act like traders doesn’t make sense.

I attempted to sign up for a new IRA. I have both worked in the financial industry and opened multiple accounts. While I like the security they provide it seemed weird that they delayed me funding my account. At first the email and phone call I received seemed like good customer service. I guess that wasn’t good enough and they want me to do a webinar? When I called and questioned a rep about what phone call Tommy decided it would be fun to act like I didn’t know what a phone call is. I did t understand why one was needed. He said it was to verify my identity but how does talking to me verify my identity. What was my license for? Things like this send red flags. They made me feel like I had to earn the right to get an IRA from them. Like I owe them and that feels suspicious. I u set stand sometimes relationships just don’t work but it was like they were trying to push me off the phone and were trying to find a reason for it to not work. It was just a weird experience that I have never had. I will just use other crypto IRA providers. *Update: I was not annoyed with the security verification I was annoyed at your reps’condescending tone. Acting like I didn’t know what a phone call was and trying to quickly get me off the phone sent up some red flags. Idk how you can try and respond when you weren’t in the conversation?
