This app was ok, until I paid for an internet packet, and now after 3 days I still haven’t gotten any internet. Their costumer service AI bot, Veronica, is useless. I don’t know why they waste their time with this crap. Does “Veronica” actually make anyone think they’re being helped? Also, they waste time on constantly updating “promos” and other useless advertisements. Do you think we’re stupid? Just give us the price and give us internet. Your fancy graphics and promos do not help anyone.

Each so-called update is a downgrade in functionality. Cannot log back in. Their only support, which is on Instagram, does not really care about the resolution and just asked me to charge my account another way. This app and the company, Telkomsel, is terrible!!!!

Every time I open the app, it’ll always crash and log me out of my account. And when I try to log in back it’ll be so hard to connect my account. It took almost hours to just get the app working. On the top of that the internet is super slow
