From the moment you walk through the doors, which are even labeled “push” or “pull” so that you don’t feel silly doing the wrong thing, you’ll feel at home. Each coach makes sure that you are welcomed and feel seen and valued, regardless of if you’re new or a regular. Even on days when I’m not feeling my best, the people at FSC bring me joy with their positivity, encouragement, and genuine acceptance of all. This place is truly somewhere anyone can gain a sense of belonging and develop lasting friendships while challenging oneself to get stronger. I don’t even like lifting weights, but I’ve been consistently going to the strength class for more than 5 years now because FSC is simply the best🖤
