Not necessarily bad because of the app itself, it’s mostly due to bad service from Nestle. Placed an order and it charged my card be only says pending. WhatsApp customer support is useless chatbots, and then they have someone call who lets the phone ring once or twice and hangs up without sending a message or anything. It’s 2024 and they run the customer service like it’s 1995 relying too much on phones when everything could be done with the app and WhatsApp messaging.

App crashes every time and you need to reinstall again. Then it happens again and you install again. Rinse and repeat every time you use the app. App and website are utterly horrible and the new subscription system is very bad. You can pay and not get your subscription so buyer beware, that’s what happened to me. The new payment and subscription system is a joke. Too bad it’s a shame the company went down hill fast.
