I funded my wallet and waited for over 4hrs and still couldn’t get a rider and I couldn’t get a refund

Worst company ever!!!!!!!
Worst company ever. Please don’t you even try download or fund your account. Response is slow, app is slow, customer services advertisers are very rude. You won’t be able to get a refund after you fund your your account even if the company don’t come through for you . This is someone who supports black businesses but Darum is a scam.
