Used this app for the first time tonight, was sceptical at first having not heard much about the company but I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised. The app is really easy to use, it looks professional and has all the features other takeaway food apps have.

The app is simple to use although doesn’t show the hidden delivery or admin fees until you do the final checkout. Admin fee? Really? So I ordered a meal and tried to track it. It had not updated for over 50 minutes. I closed the app any reopened it. Same. So I deleted the app and reinstalled and it would not recognise my password when I tried to log in. I did the password reset and all I get is a blank screen. I’m not locked out my account. Pretty poor this has passed beta testing. I hope the companies that use this app know what’s going on.

So I downloaded the app to help support small businesses and on first impressions it looks great and way to use. Unfortunately all the options that you don’t usually have from some of these takeouts don’t have a more detailed distribution. It comes across as the developers have rushed the app to get it up and running. If this is altered I’ll edit my review. I understand this is the first day of the app too.
