This application is terrible. Half the time it doesn’t work. Now I can’t log in. Please it’s 2024, certainly you can hire a tech who can maintain the site,

If I could give this app zero stars I would! I’m really not the type of person to even write app reviews cause it doesn’t be that deep with me, but this app is literally trashed. When I first downloaded it, it worked for all of like 3 days. Although I had Face ID turned on, I still have to physically log in to the app every single time but I was willing to overlook that part. Now the app just forecloses on its own when I try to open it & that’s an inconvenience for me! Please fix this or provide some time of help.

I’m already over Federal BCBS and it hasn’t been a month. GEHA apps and websites are so much easier to use. I’ve reset my password and still can’t get access to my very own account. Ridiculous. Will be switching back to GEHA next year. Don’t know what the big deal is about this company. Accessing my own account shouldn’t take an act from God to be able to get into. All of them are that way.
