It’s been about two weeks and the app isn’t working

The app is overall ok, but there are several unprofessional corners cut. Load times are slow, and it feels like it’s because the developers aren’t using the most performant techniques for context switching. The ai filters that are used to “monitor what’s being said” are wildly incorrect. A post like, “There are four free chairs” will get flagged for being offensive. Rn there’s the dumbest issue where the app says to update and won’t let me access any of the features until I update, but when I go to update I already have the latest version. The help dialogue says to wait for a day which is just a terrible mode of operation. Don’t force users to update until your update is available!

After using this app even further, I have to say this is the worst app I’ve ever used. Scheduling anything is a nightmare. Want to reschedule an appointment? Forget about it. Customer service is difficult to get to and they’re super rude and condescending when they do respond. I just got charged $78 for no reason despite having cancelled everything on the app. They only have an email you can reach out to, which makes getting things like this even more annoying to resolve. STAY AWAY
