So far the game is great and spending money can boost you but the packs are pretty expensive- (other than the few daily dealz which are cheap)- so spenders have to spend quite a bit for it to even make an impact &/or have an effect... so far it’s great, good gamepllay and everything but just recently when I go on The app, I can’t start a match, can’t go to store or events or even watch an ad (ads are also cool helpful boost) The app keeps showin gun the “connecting” screen and when it stops nothing works... then it shows it again . Now after the second reconnecting , the game works for about 3-5 seconds then it repeats ... I’ve checked the internet net and WiFi, tried both and it’s not helping... plz fix!

Listen I played this game on release and I loved it. I got a new phone and couldn’t get into my old account so I made a new one. I stopped playing for roughly a year now I’m back. I have a couple of problems that I feel I need to address. It’s a pay to win game but whatever yall are just trying to make a living. But maybe lower the prices like a lot. Ain’t no way I’m paying what your asking. Second I understand your player base has prolly dropped and to minimize matchmaking time you made bots. Cool I get it but there’s no reason they’re as good as they are. Especially when they always target my invisible tanto. It’s actually absurd. Second when I play ranked I’m always getting paired with people 3-4 hundred trophies higher than me with a 2 lvl hero difference. I like a challenge but Jesus man that’s nearly impossible especially when they have all four sockets on there hero’s and I only have two. Please I’m begging you I loved this game when it first came out, but I’m about to put it on the back burner again. It’s just lose after lose after lose and it’s always a bot. If you change some things and maybe rework the bots a little (not clan war I think the challenge is deserved there) I will happily change my review back to a 5*

Picked the game up a while ago and loved it. Most mobile games make you able to progress early game then get progress locked by p2w players however, this game can be completely playable with not a cent used. Now that is the exact reason I spent some money on this game to support devs and get me some more stuff. i do want to suggest the ability to 1v1 a friend as right now its just a randomized pick. We have a guild system but you cant do anything with them so I’d want a guild war feature to battle other guilds It’ll go like this you’ll need maybe 40 or 30 members in the guild to do guild wars and when a war starts you have a 1v1 with a member in the other guild with a similar trophy count and the guild with the most battle wins wins the war. OR you could have a tournament style layout where you get all the members and the winners move up to fight eachother
