Is not convenience at all when you can’t even update your own info everything you need to go to the branch and que you can’t edit your own beneficiary the worst things when you get even 1 letter to be edit you need to go to them the worst you need to pay for it even you already paid your transaction is not like other online remittance you can edit your own you can update your info thru singpass i wont recomment at all is very inconvenience upsetting and the queue is always too long and is not only 1 time you need to go thru so many teller to do this to do that was annoying waste too much time im being honest😒😒 nw they added another inconvience to user PNB singapore you making it worst do you think all the user is free to keep going to brand to queue for everything they need to change you just making all the user annoy and dont use your app at all😡😡😡

The new soft token is not working properly, i tried calling the customer service, but also cannot solve the issues.

Been using this app for very long time, I just change to new phone and i cant login it say invalid credential, try to sign up it says records not found, and the Developer never say anything if there is a problem in the App
