Stock Scanner Screener AI

While I was hopeful that the app would be worth $50/month, regrettably, the offshore Customer Support person/people (?), I don’t know because I wasn’t acknowledged by name or provided with the name of the person who was communicating with me, which is only available in the evening in the U.S., VIA EMAIL, was/were unwilling and/or unable to get my app to recognize that I had paid for a monthly subscription. Meaning, despite paying for a monthly subscription, the app required me to “upgrade” to access the features I had already paid for. For a $50/month subscription, this bug in the app combined with the poor level of Customer Support is completely unacceptable. In addition, during my short period using the app and before requesting and receiving a refund from the App Store, the trade signals were few and far between. Forewarned is forearmed.

I was on the fence about this app just not a day ago. There was something in Northeast I did not agree on but I reached out to the help department and after and exchange of emails, they realized that it was a misunderstanding on their part and they honored it. How many companies or apps out there can you name for them to actually take your time to consider an individual case, admit fault and then actually rectify the situation? I can’t think of anybody else who would do that. It shows that they have actual humans manning the ship on this app. That alone deserves 5 stars. Heck I’d give them 10 stars if you include all the valuable information that this app provides, especially with the most recent upgrades. Believe me, it’s actually a solid upgrade far from just repackaging the app. They moved forward on this upgrade and I’d definitely vouch for it. You won’t regret investing on this app to improve your investment in the market. Thanks Avadar team!!!

Has a lot of trouble loading sometimes. And I wish there was something with the analysis like buy/sell signals and targets. Or the notifications were able to be clicked to see previous notifications on that ticker. Ex. Roku said keep target but I don’t know what the target was unless I look through all the notifications. I also this the screeners should be listed as watchlists for day trade, swing trades. And options signals would be a great addition. Probably 3 stars for all the glitches and the little info you get for a 40$ subscription. But it’s pretty reliable
