I originally purchased a warranty through Conn’s, but after their bankruptcy, I was directed to file claims through this app. While it offers a 30-day free trial, the claims process is intentionally slow, likely to push users past the trial period. What’s worse, it doesn’t charge monthly—it charges for an entire year upfront. When I tried to cancel before the trial ended, the app wouldn’t allow it. This feels deceptive and designed to take advantage of customers stuck in a bad situation.
Just tried this app. Really great app 👌🏻👌🏻 very user friendly and looks good.
