I’m enjoying this app for more than just exercise! It is very customizable. I use it to keep on task and manage time at my desk and doing housework & yard work, too. One of the features I JUST found is that you can set up a fully personalized template and you have the option to set a voice reminder for what interval you’re on! For example: instead of the general “exercise”, we could personalize it to say “jump squats” or “do dishes” or “clean the bathroom” or “pull weeds”. That way you don’t have to keep referencing your list and waste time. :) AMAZING! Very worth it!

This tool has helped me so much with writing out my plans and how’s the flexibility for being to make changes within each round.
What I like about it:
1. Ability to edit.
2. Timers
3. When I am queued with the next exercise that is coming up.
4. That I can rearrange exercise order inside of a round.
Things I wish it did:
1. I am able to create a new round but cannot rearrange the order of the rounds. For example, I wanted to add in my warm-up for round1, but because I already have round 1 built I had to create a new on and I can only start with round 2.
2. I am finding that if I use the warm-up and cooldown time, I cannot put what stretches or warm-up. I would like to do within it. Also, I am not chewed with the first that will be coming up in a round. That makes it so I don’t announce the first exercise. It would be nice if the first exercise of the upcoming round was already showing.
Outside of that, I’m really enjoying the app! It works very well. I am able to play music and the music turns down when transitioning between exercises.

I am not able to workout like I used to unless I’m in the pool. I use this app for my workouts, it tells me what to do and when to do it and it’s great. Verbal cues are helpful. And you can play your music at the same time, it dampens the music to give verbal cues and keeps your workout moving forward. I love this app!
