I placed an order on the app for pick up. Added $1 tip. Went to pick up white peppermint mocha and was told expresso machine not working. The girl working was super nice and apologetic. She offered to make me another drink with regular coffee or a refund. I chose the refund. And was refunded the cost of the drink without the $1 tip. She did hand me a card for 1/2 off drink of my choice on my next visit. But why not refund the entire cost since I didn’t get the drink (or anything) that I ordered?

First of all I don’t like how I can’t have more than 1 gift card on the account at a time, the app advertises discounts but never gives you an option to add them. My final complaint is that the app won’t keep my debit card on file, it’s pretty frustrating when I’m already in a hurry and trying to order my coffee and I have to stop and put my card information in. Poor app design.
