Road Master - Online Ticketing

I booked tickets from app and paid in advance. I paid highest ticket price for front row tickets for my family. The next day, I received call at a very short notice that the bus has been scheduled to one hour earlier from the time I booked for. Upon reaching to the counter, I got tickets in the last rows and when I asked them, they said only these seats are available If you want to go. If I’d have cancelled tickets just 15-20 minutes before the departure, I wouldn’t have received any refund. And the staff was very rude. They were not even paying attention. I was not informed in advance that my booked seats have been changed. I paid premium for front row seats, not for cheap back row seats. Will never use them again and will advise people to avoid such rude staff.
