PLAY Wallet (WEMIX)

Logged in thru Google sign in and never gave me an option to make a password, now i cant change password that was never there to begin with. Before, there was a wemix wallet old version and never had a problem with it. I could smelt and send draco with no problem. Then they updated it to this Play Wallet and every transaction needs the current password, which was never there anyway. They are not helpful. I know there are thousands of people that have same problem as me, and this company would never help you.

Especially the AWESOME password reset feature! It uses 3rd party authentication to register/login, it’s fine. But they provide no warnings when ask you to create transaction password. However, to reset your password, you need to input your current one. What a great design! Tons of users complain in their telegram, the support just reply with useless content then kick users out. 1 star is too much, I agree with the previous poster!

A ton of users are complaining and WEMIX is not helping. WEMIX does not warn you that there’s no seed phrase. WEMIX does not tell you the password you create will not be retrieved/changed. You lose the password you lose it all. Yet, again, there’s no warning. Imagine how many people usually forget their password. That’s how many people are complaining in Telegram Client Service chat and all they are telling us is: “It’s the users responsibility to manage their password and we can do nothing there” In addition, users are asking for their wallet to be deleted as they hope they can create another wallet with the same email account that has been linked to the game (Mir4). However, WEMIX is saying that only users can delete accounts and guess what you need in order to delete it, you’re right, the forgotten password. 1 star is too much.
