Just signed up for new account. App frozen
Just signed up for a Coinpass account. During the verification all went well then a message came up “Something went wrong” when all processes were completed successfully. Now the app is frozen and I am unable to upgrade anything as the upgrade tab links on the app are not working. No means of contacting support. Disappointing start.

Best support in the industry
I had previously been on other platforms but whenever I ran into technical difficulties they would take ages (or never) to rectify. Coinpass not only provides the most straightforward experience at a great rate but provides help with any questions rapidly. No waiting for a bot to respond or two weeks to get hold of a human. Coinpass provides great human support not only with the tech but also a very insightful newsletter.
