The app is poorly designed. Ease of use is minimal. Not thoughtfully engineered. Limited functionality. Part of the issues may be bank related, as most of the features offered have to be bank approved before you have access.

I left the country for a few weeks, did a transaction using a ATM and things were fine. A couple of days later I received a text asking me to verify the transaction and I did say it was me. After that I couldn’t make anymore transactions. I tried calling to reactivate my card but was on the phone for over 20 minutes and decided to try another time.

Everything takes so long to process/pens. Transfer from one account to another. Getting approved to make mobile direct deposits. Mobile deposits being rejected and having to retake front and back of the check again to wait for it to take forever to pend again. Love that it is a Black owned bank! Love that my information & finances feel secure. I just do not like that it takes hours, almost a day to process and pend transfers or deposits. Software/app needs an upgrade
