This app is a godsend! Timestripe has completely elevated how I approach planning and goal setting. One of its most invaluable features is the ability to manage multiple areas of life seamlessly. Whether it’s personal development, professional goals, health, or creative pursuits, Timestripe helps keep everything in view without feeling overwhelming. I absolutely love its strong focus on goal management. It’s more than just a to-do list—it encourages intentional, long-term thinking while still supporting daily execution. The layout and structure make it incredibly easy to stay on track with both big-picture ambitions and everyday tasks. What’s even better is how well it integrates into my existing workflow. Timestripe is an excellent companion to Todoist and Notion—I use Todoist for quick capturing, Notion for information management, and Timestripe for higher-level vision and milestone planning. If you’re looking for a tool to bridge the gap between your daily grind and your lifelong goals, Timestripe is the missing link. Highly recommend. Looking forward to any future features or improvements.
I have ADHD and can say I have tried out almost every single planner app in the store in search of something to help me with goal planning. I have not seen a planner app yet that has this specific feature set I have been looking for and is this cleanly designed and easy to use. Having to assign and update specific due dates, or calculate out weeks, or keep track of what I’m working on each month, and juggling that with overall yearly goals is enough traction to keep my sad dopamine-deprived brain from engaging with goal tracking apps. This app’s feature of already having weeks, months, quarters and years cleanly separated as buckets to assign tasks, and its ability to stack tasks as deep as I want and assign any task or sub task to any bucket is just so nice and clean and creates such a smooth experience. I prefer tracking tasks over a week (almost like a mini sprint). I can now easily create yearly goals, sub goals under them (and sub sub goals under those), and assign the different levels of tasks to a quarter, month, or week. This helps me not get overwhelmed by seeing all that I have to do at once, but also gives me the comfort of knowing there is a structured but flexible plan in place over the months, quarters, year. Once I finish a goal during the week I can look at the month or quarter to find the next task in that specific list to add to my week for my next to do for that goal. I also love that tasks that I did not finish one week carry over into the next so I’m not constantly having to update dates. I haven’t spent a lot of time on the boards feature yet, so can’t speak to that as much, but the planner section is perfect.
Timestripe is the tool I have been looking for! I like to assign tasks to a week or month (rather than a specific day), and Timestripe lets me do this “right out of the box”! Any task (or “goal”) can be expanded to include subtasks and notes, and the interface is clean and beautiful. The only feature still on my wish list would be the ability to add notes or text directly to a board or horizon, but I can work around that. After experimenting with (so many) apps like Asana, Notion, Todoist, Trello, Timestripe is the one I am sticking with. And their customer service is top-notch. When I encountered a billing issue (my own fault), they resolved it swiftly, courteously, and professionally. Highly recommend!
