Absolutely love this virtual platform. There is a live coach teaching class with a second coach watching you for full accountability. There are tons of options to always be able to get a workout in as well as an on demand library. I’m able to workout from anywhere with no excuses. This platform saved me mentally and physically during Covid. You will not regret giving this gym a try, it will be life changing!

The fact that I could take a quiz and follow a plan that was best for me changed my entire routine and life. Prescribed Fitness is so easy to follow, and I feel the best I’ve felt in a very long time. Love the variety of coaches and time formats. Body by The U is my favorite — it’s a must. And the cooking classes are a bonus!
