I’d love to try the app, but as soon as I open it I’m asked for log in credentials. There’s no place to create credentials. I attempted a log in and got a message the credentials were invalid. I attempted to seek help from the support link and it takes me to a closed training session. ***Edit after developer response*** Still doesn’t allow me to sign on. There’s no place to create credentials. I’m taken directly to a log on screen when opening the app. I attempt to log on and credentials are invalid.

I subscribe to the Solution Focused Universe but my login credentials apparently are not valid when using the app. There’s no option on the login screen to change a password or ask for support. I love the training materials on the SFU website but the app is worthless.
